Kevin, a Texas native, has helped to install and maintain a family-oriented atmosphere at APC. As a father of two girls, Kevin as been instrumental in combining his family values with his industry experiences to form a company structure that treats their suppliers and customers in the same way. His background in plastics stems back from the manufacturing, selling and distribution of plastic bags in the 1970's with a family owned company, to the international scaled networking of customers, suppliers and other contacts in the plastic industry. As a sales manager for a $20 Million/year brokerage company he was able to research and implement several large-scale recycling operations throughout the south and mid west. |

Senior Vice President
Phil, also a Texas native and a father of two boys, came from the oilfield industry in the mid-1980's and has owned and operated his own plastic brokerage company before merging with a larger firm in the early 1990's. Phil also has years of experience in recycling programs also with importing and exporting materials all over the word. His contact and vast knowledge of plastics, that he has accumulated in his 20 plus years in the plastics industry, has been instrumental in the success for APC. |

| A life time Ohio resident who is an avid sports fan and father of 2 brings to American Polymers 22 years of custom compounding, purchasing and sales experience. With over 12 years of manufacturing and 10 years of buying and selling Mike also helps customers troubleshoot their formulas by adding lower cost recycled content to show that their processes can run smoother and make them more cost effective. Multibase Inc. was his first plastics experience starting off in the blending/extrusion department and worked his way up to the production/plant mgr. position also helping in purchasing, formulating and testing of OEM programs along the way. |

Garrett is a native Ohioan, graduating from The University of Akron with a B.S. in International Business, and a focus in Asian languages (Chinese and Japanese). Simultaneously, he received valuable manufacturing, logistics, and sales exposure by carrying jobs and internships for such companies as FedEx Ground, American Heritage Billiards, and MetLife. Accordingly, he spent some time as a financial services agent. He maintains a strong sense of importance for customer/client focus, and an increase in general business acumen. Garrett brings two and a half years of sales experience to American Polymers. |
