Kevin, a Texas native, has helped to install and maintain a family-oriented atmosphere at APC. As a father of two girls, Kevin as been instrumental in combining his family values with his industry experiences to form a company structure that treats their suppliers and customers in the same way. His background in plastics stems back from the manufacturing, selling and distribution of plastic bags in the 1970's with a family owned company, to the international scaled networking of customers, suppliers and other contacts in the plastic industry. As a sales manager for a $20 Million/year brokerage company he was able to research and implement several large-scale recycling operations throughout the south and mid west. |

| Phillip L. Farnsworth |
Senior Vice President
Phil, also a Texas native and a father of two boys, came from the oilfield industry in the mid-1980's and has owned and operated his own plastic brokerage company before merging with a larger firm in the early 1990's. Phil also has years of experience in recycling programs also with importing and exporting materials all over the word. His contact and vast knowledge of plastics, that he has accumulated in nearly 20 years in the plastics industry, has been instrumental in the success for APC. |

Nanette is a native New Yorker, who now enjoys the country lifestyle with her two daughters in Ohio. Nanette's work experience is strong in sales, having owned her own business in the late 80's. Starting her career in Intermodal logistics, her experience takes her from the World Trade Center of NYC to the brisk freight and polymer markets of the Ohio Valley. Nanette has the unique ability to build good strong working relationships with her customers through hard work, honesty and many years of putting the customer first. |

Marcia is a native of Evansville Indiana, and has been in the plastics industry for over 21 years. She had been a key factor in setting up two start up compounding companies in Evansville Indiana, Replas Inc, (now known as The Matrixx Group) and Enviroplas, Inc. She most recently worked for Lucent Polymers. She contributed freight knowledge as traffic manager, customer service knowledge as customer service manager, and purchasing knowledge as purchasing manager in both commodity and engineering resins in her years working with the compounding plants. |

Along with his past experiences in the purchasing and scheduling his transition from companies like A.Shulman and Multibase to his current position here at American Polymers, to say the least, has been a successful one. |
